Every new BPT client starts with a 60 to 90 minute one-on-one assessment. The client will have the opportunity to interact with a BPT coach and get a feel for our typical training environment.
With our performance capabilities assessments, we look at the performance qualities, or attributes, in Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery.
As part of our assessments, we’ll examine and test a variety of performance qualities within each pillar. For Mindset, we may look at grit, the ability to be coached, positive mindset, and emotional balance. For Nutrition, we may look at hydration, nutrient status, and food quality. For Movement, we often assess movement efficiency, total-body power, strength, speed, and fitness. Recovery may look at energy, inflammation management, autonomic nervous system balance, and sleep quality.
Using the results from the assessment process, we will design an individualized training program to be completed in our semi-private group training setting.
The assessment process will only need to be completed once, prior to starting an initial training program.
