ELITE BASEBALL PROGRAM
This program is devoted to furthering the development and career of talented baseball players at the high school and collegiate level.
IMPROVE YOUR SKILL, ENHANCE PERFORMANCE, AND PREVENT INJURIES WITH OUR TEN WEEK PROGRAM.
This is the perfect setting for you to join talented baseball players from around the Central Valley and work towards making significant improvements during the off-season.
The program is designed for athletes who need to prioritize development over just getting innings or exposure. This program is meant as a suitable replacement for those who still need to throw/hit, but also need to gain 20 pounds, learn a new skill, sort out old aches/pains, and improve their mobility.
During the course of this program, you'll find an energetic and motivating training atmosphere that combines extensive knowledge, state of the art training principles, and an unparalleled winning culture.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR
Brandon Bullett is the owner of Bullett Performance Training, which is located in Clovis,CA. Behind Brandon’s expertise, Bullett Performance Training has rapidly established itself as the go-to performance facility in the central valley. Brandon has helped athletes ranging from youth sports to the professional ranks.
Each athlete will begin with a thorough initial movement, strength, and batting assessment that will set the stage for individualized strength and conditioning and batting programs, respectively. These programs correspond to four days a week of training. Generally, the training days are double sessions, with batting in the morning and strength & conditioning in the afternoons.
A typical training week would look like the following:
Monday: AM batting, PM strength & conditioning
Tuesday: AM batting, PM strength & conditioning
Wednesday: Late AM field training
Thursday: Optional AM mobility work and recovery session, AM batting, PM movement training
All the athletes will receive manual therapy with our licensed massage therapist or physical therapist, as well as nutritional guidance throughout the program. Also to help with recovery, athletes have access to MarcPro therapy.
We’ll also be incorporating regular educational components to educate the athletes on the “why” behind their training. This includes not only staff presentations, but also from various sporting professionals including athletic trainers, coaches, and motivational speakers.
The best part is that it’ll take place in a competitive environment where athletes can push each other to the next level.
WHAT TO BRING
Each athlete must bring his/her own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, t-shirts, pants, shorts, health form, water, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.
