ATHLETIC TRAINING



In this, BPT’s most popular training model, clients are thoroughly evaluated to start. We use this first session to gather the information necessary to prepare a month of entirely individualized training materials. Following the assessment, athletes execute personalized training materials in a group setting. Our client-to-coach ratio is set at a maximum of 6:1 and new clients can expect the first couple of weeks of training with us to be extremely coaching intensive.


The workout itself consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are lead by our qualified staff members to allow maximum attention.
