Brandon Bullett

Brandon Bullett is head coach and owner of Bullett Performance Training.

He was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and attended college there before moving to the west coast to play hockey in the Western States Hockey League. After winning the Thorne Cup with the Phoenix Polar Bears, he was drafted into professional hockey and finished his playing career with the Mississippi RiverKings of the Southern Professional Hockey League in 2012.

In 2016, Brandon became Assistant Coach of the Fresno Monsters hockey team and began developing his own Strength & Conditioning gym located in the Central Valley. A year later, he completed his Strength & Conditioning certification under Michael Boyle and later became a mentee to Eric Cressey.

This past year, he was hired on as the Strength & Conditioning Coach to Buchanan, Memorial, and Kerman baseball.

Savannah Uhlir

Savannah Uhlir joins the BPT team after completing the 2019 summer internship program.


She serves as a strength and conditioning coach after recently graduating from California Baptist University with a degree in Bachelors of Kinesiology- Sports Medicine and Psychology. Savannah is currently working on obtaining her Masters of Exercise Science.


She was born and raised in Clovis, graduating from Clovis East High School in 2016. Growing up, Savannah played ice hockey until she chose to specialize in gymnastics. After 14 years, she transitioned to the sport of diving senior year of high school. Savannah competed for each 1m, 3m, and Platform events earning All-Conference and Academic honors throughout her four years being a collegiate diver.


The summer of 2020 Savannah will serve as an intern for Fresno State football under coach Ron McKeefery while still coaching at Bullet Performance Training and helping athletes become stronger both physically and mentally.

Felipe Rodriguez

Felipe Rodriguez serves as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Bullett Performance Training.


After graduating from Firebaugh High School, he attended West Hills where he received his Associate of Arts in Kinesiology, shortly after his time at West Hills he attended California State University Fresno where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science.


Felipe has completed 500+ hours interning at Bullet Performance Training. Felipe specializes in getting athletes to buy-in to the program that ultimately transfers to increased athleticism and improves the likelihood that they reach their true athletic potential. Felipe has had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes, from middle school to the professional level.


He looks forward to continuing his education in the field of strength & conditioning, where he will continue to develop new skills, techniques, and insight into his profession.

Ryan Sullivan

Ryan Sullivan recently joined BPT in the spring of 2020.


Born and raised in El Dorado Hills, CA, Ryan attended Oak Ridge High School, where he was a two-sport athlete playing baseball and football. While there, he was a three-year starting pitcher for the Trojans and earned first-team all-league and all-metro honors. On the gridiron, Sullivan was a two-year starter at tight end and team captain. He was also the Oak Ridge Athlete of the Year for his class as a freshman, sophomore, and senior while also earning the best career athlete award and 2013 Delta River League Sportsmanship Award.

Shortly after, Ryan attended Fresno State for its great baseball program and the program's strong emphasis on academics and blue-collar attitude.


While at Fresno State, Ryan played all four years posting a 3.24 ERA, fourth-lowest on the team and was Academic All-Mountain West selection and a Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
