Evaluation
Every new BPT client starts with a 60 to 90-minute one-on-one evaluation. During the evaluation, we’ll examine and test a variety of performance qualities such as movement, power, strength, speed, and recovery.
03
Schedule
Using the results from the evaluation process, we will design an individualized training program to be completed in our semi-private group training setting and schedule your first workout.
