HOW IT WORKS

Introduction

Every athlete and person has unique needs and the free consulting session with one of our qualified coaches provides the one-on-one attention needed to help set goals. Click here to schedule a call.

Evaluation

Every new BPT client starts with a 60 to 90 minute one-on-one evaluation. During the evaluation, we’ll examine and test a variety of performance qualities such as movement, power, strength, speed, and recovery.

Schedule

Using the results from the evaluation process, we will design an individualized training program to be completed in our semi-private group training setting and schedule your first workout.
