Bullett Performance Training (BPT) is a strength and conditioning facility that delivers individual programs operating in a semi-private training model in the athletic performance and fitness industry. We strive to assist our clients in achieving performance, fitness, and overall health and wellness goals.


The Digital Marketing Coordinator position at BPT is an administrative role developed to manage digital media outlets including social media platforms, website, Google Workspace, and email marketing campaigns. This position also includes office and customer relationship management. The responsibilities of this position are:


  • Digital Marketing Management

  • Design the strategy, vision, and roadmap to generate high quality leads via social media channels, working cohesively with the Director of Business

  • Analyze and track website and social media performance

  • Create and manage mailing list

  • Implement email marketing campaigns

  • Manage company website

  • Research and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics to improve rankings

  • Manage all company’s social media outlets

  • Builds and executes email campaigns, including creative build, audience segmentation, deployment, analysis, and monitoring

  • Design engaging content for use across all platforms

  • Knowledgeable on latest social media trends

  • Office and Customer Relations Management

  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace including: Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Sheets

  • Work cohesively with Director of Business and Director of Performance to manage scheduling of Evaluations, training sessions, and employees

  • Working with clients and athletes to maintain stable, supportive scheduling protocol

  • Performing transactions through Square and our accounting system through Google Workspace

  • Work cohesively with Director of Business in managing communication channels including emails and phone calls

  • Additional day-to-day administrative tasks



Skills for this position are:


  • Working knowledge of website developing platforms including Wix

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including photoshop and premiere

  • Fluent with all social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook

  • Working knowledge of email marketing websites including MailChimp

  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace including Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Sheets

  • Ability to proficiently create content including images, videos, and graphics

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and emails

  • Strong oral and written communication

  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Relationship building and development skills


Experience:

  • Marketing experience recommended

  • Customer relationship management and/or customer service experience recommended

  • Interest in athletics, strength and conditioning, health & fitness

  • High school diploma or higher education preferred
