1-Leg Overhead Med Ball Stomp

The 1-Leg Overhead Med Ball Stomp is one of our favorite med ball drills at BPT. This exercise increases your ability to explosively generate force through both the lower body and core to power an upper-body movement, directly improving any athletic skill.

It’s also great for those looking to generate unilateral power and work unilateral stability by allowing us to generate power through a single leg and drive that medicine ball through the ground.

Similar to other single-leg medicine ball variations, it’s also great for teaching front leg bracing.
