Cross In Front W/stick

The Cross in Front w/Stick is a drill we use primarily in the warm-up to teach force application and deceleration. Here we are teaching the athlete a concept of inside and outside edges of the foot as it pertains to multi-directional speed/agility. Executing this drill properly is important in regards to ankle, knee, and hip injury prevention.
