Here is @jtarruda_4 performing the variation with great technique. As he pulls the sled with one arm, the opposite arm is creating a reciprocal action to complete the turn. Hitting, throwing fielding all require turning qualities, and performing this exercise with proper technique can create a better transfer to the field.
