Continuing our staff in-service and blog from last week on conditioning, we want to highlight the @versaclimber, a versatile tool that we utilize here at BPT.
The Versaclimber offers a low impact, total body workout that some rank as one of the more challenging conditioning mechanisms out there.
A few examples that we implement are short sprints followed by longer periods of rest which could be classified as HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Another variation we use is a more aerobic approach, using longer durations of work at lower intensities without rest periods. There are a number of ways we utilize the Versaclimber to meet the demands of every athlete and client at BPT.
